Can I opt to run ads on Facebook only or on Google only?
No you can’t. When you start a campaign at adaplo, your ads will show on both Facebook and Google Display network. The reason is that we want to take advantage of the full solution in order to get you the best return on your investment and being able to show ads on both networks while doing cross-platform optimization does just this.
Is there a free trial?
From time to time we have promotions where new customers use a specific coupon code and get a specific amount ($50-$150) of free ads.
Will I have access to the Facebook/Google ad accounts?
You will not have access to the Facebook/Google ad accounts. We have built our product around two core principles, namely i) great results, and ii) ease-of-use. We have seen firsthand that viewing, managing and understanding these ad accounts is not an easy task and our job is to make your life easy.
Can I use adaplo if I don't use Magento or Shopify?
Yes. By the time you finish the registration we will send you some snippets that you'll need to implement in your store.
What is included in the weekly budget?
During the setup process you are asked to enter your desired weekly budget. The weekly budget contains both the media cost (paid to Facebook by adaplo) and our service fee. You will not be charged for transaction fees, as we include these in our service fee.
When will you be billed?
adaplo will charge you for first time when your ads start showing to potential customers. The charge will be for the first 7 days based on the weekly budget you have set during the setup process. Following the initial spend, we will charge you every 7 days for the subsequent period.
Can I see my account balance?
Yes, you can always see your account balance. Just go to Settings -> Billing history and you can find everything that has happened on your account in terms of charges in chronological order.
Where can I find the invoices?
Go to Settings -> Invoices and you will find all the invoices. All our invoices are for full calendar months.
What is the refund policy?
You can ask us to refund your current balance at any time. In order to do this, you have to stop your Campaign by uninstalling the Shopify app and then send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org asking for a refund. We will refund you the remaining balance in full.
How will I know if the ads have started?
When your ads start displaying to your website visitors you will be directed to your “Performance summary” dashboard where you will be able to see how your campaign is performing.
