Can I use adaplo if I don't use Magento or Shopify?
Yes. By the time you finish the registration we will contact you if you need to implement any snippets in your store.
What is included in the weekly budget?
During the setup process you are asked to enter your desired weekly budget. This is the amount you are willing to spend in AdWords (or Facebook). Given that we don't buy the media spend for you, this doesn't contain our fee. See our Payment and Refunds Terms for more details.
When will you be billed?
adaplo will charge you the first days of each month. We charge monthly 9% fee based on the spend of previous month. To learn more book a demo with one of our account managers or send us a mail at email@example.com.
Can I see my account balance?
Yes, you can always see your account balance. Just go to Settings -> Billing history and you can find everything that has happened on your account in terms of charges in chronological order.
Where can I find the invoices?
Go to Settings -> Invoices and you will find all the invoices. All our invoices are for full calendar months.
What is the refund policy?
You can ask us to refund your current balance at any time. In order to do this, you have to stop your Campaigns and then send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org asking for a refund. We will refund you the remaining balance in full.
How will I know if the ads have started?
When your ads start displaying to your website visitors you will be directed to your “Performance summary” dashboard where you will be able to see how your campaign is performing.
We use a variety of tools to count, track, and analyze visits to adaplo.com. This helps us understand how people use the site and where we should make improvements. Unchecking 'ACCEPT' will block this tracking.
